Hey! I’m Taylor

For years, I chased extremes. I was overtraining, under-eating, obsessively tracking, and convincing myself that getting “skinny” would finally make me confident. But even when I got smaller, I wasn’t happier. I was burnt out, frustrated, and still didn’t look or feel like the strong, confident woman I wanted to be.

Everything changed when I stopped focusing on doing more and started focusing on what actually mattered. I learned how to fuel my body, train with purpose, prioritize rest, set standards that reflected the woman I wanted to become — and most importantly, create a lifestyle I actually loved.

Because here’s the truth: Goal Strong women have big goals and they don’t like to settle for average. They’re willing to put in the effort when they know what they are doing works. The key to sustainability isn’t just discipline — it’s loving the process. It’s building a way of living that feels good, inside and out. Consistency and progress is 100x easier when you love what you are doing and trust the process.

My journey over the last 8 years led me to create the Goal Strong Method™ — a framework designed to help other high-achieving women break free from extremes, optimize their efforts, and transform not just their bodies, but their mindset and life.
